I eat a lot of sushi? portion wise and in terms of my favorite food wise. (Check out my portion pics). I was very impressed on... the quality, presentation, and portions of Saigon. That said I would highly recommend checking them out when in Vero. They didsome amazingly unique and fun presentation things that kept delighted visually and sensory. (check the pics) I also thoroughlyenjoy Thai food and Tom Kha is my favorite soup hands down ( I have been working on my home cooking recipe for 8 years). Itcame out a bit hot but all and all the flavors were great and I didn?t even need to add any spice. Within parking the lot ispretty much non existent so park across the street in the 3 hour parking. I sincerely love this place. Not only are all the people who work here incredibly kind (shout-out to Honey!) but the food never... misses. Anything that I've had from here is always spot on, and always always so delicious. overall, quite good. I generally dislike when sushi restaurants put their own spin on the handful of classics. a spicy tuna... should be a spicy tuna the world over. If you want to do something else (which i totally get, chefs are creators!) call itsomething else. We had spicy tuna, rainbow and a volcano roll. They were good, if not quite what we expected. We decided to go back after a 6 month hiatus due to the very slow service we had experienced. It turned out very well. It felt... like the Saigon Sushi we had initially experienced with efficient service and sophisticated presentations. The food was as goodas before with the little extras you do not experience at other sushi places. We had the usual favorite combos (sashimi dinnerand a combined sushi/sashimi platter) with the house Chardonnay. Everything was good! Can't wait to go back. Read more
