I went to this Popeyes location for lunch and I ordered a family meal +2 drinks and an extra side of coleslaw -the total was... $42. I asked the girl at the front if she could get me some ranch and she tells me it?s $.25 for each dipping sauce. I explain Ijust ordered $42 worth of chicken that I also had to wait 20 minutes to receive because this location always runs out ofchicken. She said no you have to pay $.25. Then after we wait for 20 minutes for the chicken it?s so hot that it burns yourmouth. Don?t waste your time going here it?s a dump !!! Close it down and put a KFC! Read more
I came to this particular Popeyes on Sunday. And again on Tuesday. The food was hot and tasty. The customer service was... excellent. I suggested for the manager and her crew to go to Titusville to help our Popeyes here. Kudos to the managers andstaff at this location. Read more
I was told the lobby was closed at 9:30. The site says it is open until 10. The manager Alize was rude in telling me that I... couldn't get the spicy chicken that I had already paid for online. She told me that I had to take mild or cancel the order. Theyalso said that I couldn't get the desserts I had paid for because they had stopped selling them, although they are still on thedrive through menu. I have never been here before and I will never come back. I think I might call their cooperate office onthis. I am a restaurant manager and I am completely baffled at my treatment here. Not sure what the issue is with this company but seems like always something. Ordered one spicy meal one not but neither... marked so we had to guess...and got the sides wrong even though the employee repeted what I ordered. 2 stars because the chickenwas good. Read more
A great place for a real chicken sandwich or a great biscuit This location is on the east side of US-1 just south of the 17th... Street bridge and in front of the Goodwill store. We have had good luck with other Popeye?s restaurants and decided to try thisone. It has dine-in and drive-thru options. There is limited parking outside the building but there is additional parking withassociated businesses. There are entrances on the north and south sides of the site. There is a counter with a menu screenbehind it and 2 registers to place your order. When we arrived, there was only one person taking orders and processing orders.This meant that each order was taking the order and filling the order before taking the next order. This resulted in a wait forordering. It took about 10 minutes to order with only one person in front of us. The staff was friendly. The food came outquickly once we got a chance to order at the counter. The eating area is a combination of booths and tables. Many were clean butsome were not cleaned the entire time we were there. The food was delicious. The spicy sandwich has some heat. The biscuits arethe best. The prices are reasonable. If you are comfortable with waiting to order and want some great food, then this is a goodplace for you to eat. Read more

Drove all the way from Sebastian because I had a craving for spicy chicken. Ordered a family meal with mixed chicken (half... spicy and half mild). Got back home with the chicken being half and half, but only had 1 mild wing, 6 thighs, 1 drumstick, 2breast. I wasn't told that they were low on chicken and did I still want the family meal. I ordered 3 pc all white meat, was charged for it and yet I got 2 small wings with coating and no meat and a very small breast.... Was given tarter sauce instead of cocktail sauce for my shrimp. Only one car in front of me yet I waited 25 minutes in drivethru line. But I'm supposed to be grateful because the employee at least showed up to work. Read more
