Wanted to try their basic chicken sandwich to see how it compared to some other crispy chicken sandwiches at the fast food... restaurants. The sandwich is pretty good but not worth $12. Food is good, but service is terrible. Have gone to same Panera three times in about a months time. Each time, there's been some... screw-up with our order. This time we ate inside vs the drive thru the other two times. Still a mess. All we ordered was asandwich and bowl of soup and it was nearly $30 with drinks!! Read more
I get take out at this location multiple times a week. Love the Baja Warm Bowl so much! But if you ever think utensils Will... actually be included (even if you request utensils) it?s just not going to happen. It happens about every 3rd time I pick up myfood. Just grab the utensils yourself. Super annoying. Also. Today they said they were only accepting cards and exact change. Ionly had cash not exact change. I watched them give the customer change back. First, I only leave a review if it's an amazing experience or really bad. First the pizza was not pizza. It was cheese bread. It... had almost zero pizza sauce. I also tried the New Chicken sandwich (that is not cheap). Number one is processed low qualityChicken. Second, it has almost not toppings on the sandwich. Honestly a fast food Chicken sandwich from KFC is 100% better andhalf the price. Very upset with this order. Also the grilled cheese was a Mac n cheese. Now that it?s open I can give it the 5 stars it deserves. The new layout is really nice inside. Food was delicious as always.... Staff and management were both excellent. I?m wondering if the beverage area is going to get a bit jammed up being next to theregisters but time will tell. Also hope they add paper towel alternatives to the air dry (I like to open the exit door handlewith a paper towel especially before eating). I think I?m going to like this place though! Read more
Food is always good here, they've never gotten my order wrong but be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the food. The... employees are working hard but they're always understaffed and being yelled at by Karen's because the food doesn't come put inunder 10 minutes. If you can I'd say try to go to the Panera in miracle mile instead because they seem to always have enoughpeople working. Read more
