Absolute gem of a place! We were in Vero Beach for only a few days and wanted a place with some breakfast options, that our... 11-month-old would also enjoy. Palato Cafe was exactly what we were looking for. the staff is super friendly and their menu isjust amazing! We had Avocado toast, an egg sandwhich and some fruit and we absolutely loved it! WoW ???? what an excellent find. I would seriously come back just for the company. The lady who took our order, her smile melted... my heart, such peace, such joy, so welcoming, I immediately felt at home like I was at my mom or nana?s home enjoying ameal. And to add to the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, as you might have already guessed, the food was incredible ???? Weordered quite a bit but forgot to take more pics. The vegetable empanadas was soft yet crunchy filled with quinoa andlentils. The black coffee divine. My husband is a coffee connoisseur and rated the coffee ?? 10/10. He doesn?t even rateStarbucks that high ???? My hubby got the Açaí Green. WoW you could taste the healthiness in each bite. As you can tell bythe picture, the presentation was beautiful ???? I got the LOX croissant. It was soooo good I hardly wanted to share it withhubby ????The smoke salmon was great quality and wasn?t overly salty even with the added capers. Fantastic little spot with delicious freshly prepared healthy options. I had the lox toast and it was DELICIOUS! The best lox toast I've had in a while and yet it was so simple! The ladies here have... a magic touch. AMAZING!!!!! I went right when they opened. The owner is soooo sweet and the food was incredible! I got an avocado tortilla with... peppers instead of spinach and chocolate milk which she sprinkles with cinnamon! Definitely recommend!!! Read more
