We had been going to Ninos for quite some time but we recently had a round of poor experiences. One such was we called in a pick... up order and requested no cheese on the pizza. She informed us that the sauce has cheese in it and she could sub out marinara.We accepted, but later realized that this was the first time this was ever brought to our attention and the pizza was not thesame. Luckily, he just doesn't like cheese, but if there was an allergy, he could have been hurt. Additionally, we requested anadult size corn dog nuggets. The server over the phone said they only had kid nuggets available and offered to double that orderas it would be the same amount. We were charged for 2 kids meals. Logically, you would have thought they would have used the kidportions to make 1 adult meal and not overcharge for it. More recently, we dined in and ordered the pizza, again with no cheese,and the sauce was not brought up. This time we requested double pepperoni and that was charged for but not actually placed onthe pizza. The food is never the same here and all the staff members should be informed of ingredients as the allergy situationcould be deadly to someone. The food is good. If you have any sensitivities or need substitutions the upcharges are steep. They charged $4 to do white... sauce instead of red on a tiny gluten free pizza. Read more
We stopped in purely based on the reviews, and it was delicious! The staff was friendly and prompt, our food was fresh and hot... and scrumptious. The Chicken Parm was cooked perfectly, nice and crispy on the outside with a large cut of chicken breast. TheMargarita and Pepperoni Pizzas were so very tasty, the crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were generous and flavorful.We will definitely be back next time we're in the area. Read more
