The last 2 visits I have been they have not gotten my order right. Both time I asked for SCRAMBLED eggs with cheese with my big... breakfast both times it?s a folded egg no cheese and my pancakes and eggs are semi warm. The slowest I've ever seen. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for 4 double cheese burgers. That tasted dried out and... not fresh. Cost me a total of $10.23 plus the gas wasted from waiting in the drive thru. Read more
Every time I go there, Steavin is always smiling and very polite. Very professional even when I complain. And Alexis is very... good at her job as well . She seems to be a leader or in mngmnt. If not they should make her one.very nice as well. They make mecome back as a customer even if I have wrong order or mistake is made by anyone. Great location but they were very slow on the drive thru. After 20 mins of waiting I went inside and just ordered within and it... was much faster there. Nevertheless, the staff was not as welcoming or friendly. Definitely, not what you expect as I used towork for McDonalds and know what expectations to provide when customers come through the door. Always terrible service here. Can't even build a big mac
Ordered the 2 for $1 Big Mac and nuggets with bbq sauce they forgot the bbq sauce in the bag so I decided to walk inside to get... some bbq sauce and the manager told me that ?next time I would have to pay .25? for 2 sauce packet and and employee doubles downand say ?yeah it?s .27 a packet? and they both turned around and continued what they were doing like I was not standing thereanymore without any sauce packets, so, I walked off! Even thought it?s sauce packets i get it but, it?s the principle of thecustomer. Typical food, but not staff. This place appears to be run very well. Staff was willing to serve and was much better than the... last visits we had to different McDonalds. It was worth the ride from Vero to this one. This is one of older designs where youcan still see and communicate with the staff Thank you for the pleasant experience. Read more
This store sucks very bad sat at the first drive Tru to order as they continued to wait on the other side sat 10 minutes. These... employees need retraining. As they have no customer skills. Bad attitude. Was mistaken thought is was fast food. Took over 25minutes to get food. I've been to restaurants that special order and it took less time. Read more
