The slowest I've ever seen. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for 4 double cheese burgers. That tasted dried out and... not fresh. Cost me a total of $10.23 plus the gas wasted from waiting in the drive thru. Read more
Every time I go there, Steavin is always smiling and very polite. Very professional even when I complain. And Alexis is very... good at her job as well . She seems to be a leader or in mngmnt. If not they should make her one.very nice as well. They make mecome back as a customer even if I have wrong order or mistake is made by anyone. Great location but they were very slow on the drive thru. After 20 mins of waiting I went inside and just ordered within and it... was much faster there. Nevertheless, the staff was not as welcoming or friendly. Definitely, not what you expect as I used towork for McDonalds and know what expectations to provide when customers come through the door. This store sucks very bad sat at the first drive Tru to order as they continued to wait on the other side sat 10 minutes. These... employees need retraining. As they have no customer skills.
