I love the food but I waited 45 minutes for 1 cheese pizza and bread sticks, and didn't figure out until the last minute that... they prioritize delivery app orders first. So if you want to skip the headache, order ahead through their app. Read more

It's a 50/50 shot. Questionable workers. Slow service. You're better off ordering ahead of time (if they answer the phone) or on... the app (or online) so you can pick up in the hot case and go. Otherwise you could be in and out in 5 minutes or 50 minutes. Itreally depends on the line and who's working that day. It's a hot spot so they're usually busy, especially in the evening/dinnertime rush. Basically, you get what you pay for here. Even a couple of times our pizza wasn't even cooked all the way! And we hadto go back in and wait for a new one. One time I just took it home and finished the cooking in my own oven as that was evenfaster. But the idea is, the pizza should be already fully cooked. When they do have good workers and are on point, the pizzasare great, the service is great, everything is great. But like I said, it's a 50/50 shot. Very very disappointed !!! and grossed out!!! I came out of work on a Friday and made a quick stop and got a pizza for my wife... and I, as we are enjoying the pizza she noticed there was something in my slice when she said wait!! and had me look at it, itwas a big piece of long hair cooked inside the Pizza dough when I called i spoke to the manager she was very unprofessional notonce she apologized for the inconvenience and a disgusting experience when I went to the store to take the rest of the slicesand show her the slice of pizza with the hair I mentioned that they should wear hairnets and she said they don't require them towear it so I guess it's not mandatory but yes as a customer I have to go home and go through that this disgusting experience!!!save yourself your money and the time and go elsewhere and get a good slice of pizza !!!! Go to South Vero, get south Vero service... Low expectations. I'm happy my pizza was fresh but cut awkwardly and the person who... walked in after me was greeted before me when I'd already been inside alone waiting.
