Need to up your game KFC the one in Sebastian is so bad I won't go there so I drive to Vero so since I didn't check my bucket of... chicken that I bought when I got home I found out that it was all overcooked which I wasn't driving back to do that over againup your game make your chicken like you used to make it look edible and appealing and desirable to want to eat it. I am surethat none of you would have won it would have wanted to have seen that and eaten chicken that was overcooked and not rightplease don't make it like the one in Sebastian. Stopped in at 9 pm. Hours says open till 11. Lady working said only have famous bowls and was being really rude about it. Just... shut the store down if you don't have anything and send the rude people home. Read more

Only had 3 piece combo and tender Combo but had to wait for 38 mins. were served before me that arrived iafter me. Then there... was no ice for drinks. There's a store across the street.while waiting I tried making another order but no one would take myorder. I asked for sauce for tenders and it wasn't put in bag. Then I had to wait for someone to just hand me sauce. I've had towait every time. And was very disappointed. They don't have it clean in the back. Just chicken laying on floor while servingcustomers. 8:15 p.m. At 20th St. location in Vero Beach, I'm at the drive thru. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strips meal with mashed... potatoes and gravy and lemonade. Long pause. The girl didn't get all of it and asked me to repeat it. I did. She advised theydidn't have any lemonade. I asked for root beer instead. I asked if they had any pot pies left. She replied "Nope." I asked fora breast meal instead. She says ok and asks if I want anything else. I tell her that's all and I pull around. At the window shelooks at me and says, "You had the 8 piece?" I said no. She looked surprised and after further inspection she asked if I had the4 piece tenders. I said yes. I wait. And wait. And wait some more. Finally she turns toward me and hands me a bag with only onemeal box in it. I look at her and say, I'm supposed to have a chicken tenders meal and a breast meal. She says, I didn't get thebreast meal. And THEN she yells to the back and asks if there are any breasts left. Then turns to me and says, "We don't haveany." So I tell her just to forget it as I patiently wait for the root beer that is supposed to go with the tenders meal. Shelooks at me puzzled and I ask, "Are you going to give me the drink I ordered?" She says, "What was it?" I am sure at this pointthe expression on my face is speaking louder than words ever could as I tell her, " Root Beer!" This is the level of service Ihave experienced the last couple times I have come to the 20th Street location. Except last time at 8:30 they told me the onlychicken they had was one thigh. They're open until 11:00 p.m. If this is the best KFC can offer, might as well go ahead andclose down. Eventually people will just stop coming and you'll have no choice. Absolutely pathetic Read more
