Saturday night while we were in town overnight. Were seated right away and enjoyed a tropical fish entree with rice and beans.... Great service and super good food. Nice atmosphere, outdoor dining area is in the works. Read more

We were so impressed with the staff at Green Marlin. We came to celebrate a birthday, and everyone worked to make the evening... happy and memorable. The food was also incredible, but we were most impressed with the atmosphere the staff created. Read more

I was in Vero Beach today visiting some of my customers and doing a little marketing in the area and I decided to stop for lunch... at The Green Marlin Restaurant and Bar. I have to tell you folks if you been following me on here on all these local Restaurantsthat I visit and dine at. Then you know I give very accurate and detailed reviews. So, with that said, The Green MarlinRestaurant and Bar is an EMERALD that shines bright in Vero Beach. I had their Mushroom, Onion and Swiss Burger meat temp Mediumwith a side of fries Extra Crispy, and to finish it off my waitress SARA who also doubles as a manager as well makes her ownPecan Pies there from scratch. (SEE PICTURES) I have got to tell you that it was absolutely PERFECT!!! The meat temp was SpotOnand the PIE OMG, SARA you da BOMB girl. That pie was perfect PERFECTION not too sweet and full of flavor. I had the right amountof table touches by the management as well. Folks let just say that a good Restaurant that is truly interested in their guest?ssatisfaction must have a floor manager do a table touch but not too many then it becomes annoying. Alexa was the Floor Manageron Duty, and she was SpotOn with her visits. Asked all the right questions and made you feel that you are a valued guest. ThanksAlexa. I let the owner Lou, know how impressed I was with his staff and the level of High Hospitality engagement his staff didwas great. To you Lou Thanks for such a great lunch and how you manage your Restaurant. Just to let everyone know that Louencourages his staff to suggest and yes even bake or cook their suggested dishes if he approves it. Then is goes on the menu forthe restaurant guests. My dad had the crunchy Haddock sandwich with coleslaw. I had the stuffed scallop lunch. Delish yummyness. Had a side salad with... their house dressing. It was good but too much black pepper for me, I gave a sensitivity to anything pepper ????. Read more

We went on a Saturday night, we were seated right away. Food was excellent, service was great! Our server, Debra was awesome.... She was very attentive and was really good with my boys (they have special needs). We will definitely go back when we are inthat area. Read more
