I was in Vero Beach today visiting some of my customers and doing a little marketing in the area and I decided to stop for lunch... at The Green Marlin Restaurant and Bar. I have to tell you folks if you been following me on here on all these local Restaurantsthat I visit and dine at. Then you know I give very accurate and detailed reviews. So, with that said, The Green MarlinRestaurant and Bar is an EMERALD that shines bright in Vero Beach. I had their Mushroom, Onion and Swiss Burger meat temp Mediumwith a side of fries Extra Crispy, and to finish it off my waitress SARA who also doubles as a manager as well makes her ownPecan Pies there from scratch. (SEE PICTURES) I have got to tell you that it was absolutely PERFECT!!! The meat temp was SpotOnand the PIE OMG, SARA you da BOMB girl. That pie was perfect PERFECTION not too sweet and full of flavor. I had the right amountof table touches by the management as well. Folks let just say that a good Restaurant that is truly interested in their guest?ssatisfaction must have a floor manager do a table touch but not too many then it becomes annoying. Alexa was the Floor Manageron Duty, and she was SpotOn with her visits. Asked all the right questions and made you feel that you are a valued guest. ThanksAlexa.
