Love firehouse, ordered it through door dash and made sure these specifications were checked. No pickle with one sub and no... cheese on the other. Our subs got to us and low and behold both had a pickle and both had cheese. I can't eat my lunch nowbecause I'm lactose intolerant so thanks for that. Read more

First off on behalf of the Community Heroes (a home-school co-op from Keep Indian River Beautiful), I want to say THANK YOU!!!... Your delicious food powered our group of over 30 people to do a community clean-up followed by a splash in the pool. When wefinished there we took our yummy subs and went on a tour of the Fire station in Sebastian. We were able to share the rest of thewonderful food with our local Fire Station 8 house. Hook amd Ladder are the best.... great peeps at the vero location.
Idk what happened on to this location. Maybe the employees just don?t care. This was about 5 tablespoons of Italian seasoning... dumped onto my sub and sold just like that. Had to scrape it off even for it to be somewhat edible. It was gross, couldn?t evenfinish it . Management should def look into it . Read more

I am giving firehouse two stars because the last 4/5 times we?ve been there, it takes at least 20-25 minute for them to make my... husband?s sub. These sandwiches are not complex to make, so it?s super annoying when it takes that long and you want it to goand have to just stand there and wait. The customer service is also very poor, and tonight they messed up my husbands order, andgave him the small sub instead of the size he ordered. My husband really likes the subs, so it?s unlikely that we stop going,but it?s just a real disappointment that the service is so bad. Read more
