This location is great! The morning staff is friendly and organized. In and out in minutes. Being from Boston and growing up on... Dunkin from it's very first location in Quincy, I know this is the first location I have been to in Florida that makes me feellike I'm back home again....only without the snow!???? I have had my app ordered food walk out before arriving a couple of timesover the last year but they replaced it right away and without a big delay or any problem. I love dunkin but the people here are incredibly rude, seem to be lazy, and don?t know how to communicate. Went to another... location in town nearer the water and they were some of the nicest people I?ve met at a dunkin period. This location is dirtyand we won?t return. Read more
Listen. I've writen like 4 reviews in my life, so i dont do this often. If someone from DD sees this, I'll gladly show proof of... how much money my family and i spend at dunkin donuts in vero beach. 5 locations know me by 1st name. This has got to be theworst DD in vero beach when it comes to customer service. If I had a word to better describe "horrendous" I'd use it. It's beenmy understanding that the owner owned most of the locations in Vero, but I'll never return to this location after today. Read more
Today 9/16/22 I came through the drive thru at 20th st next to tropical smoothie and picked up a mobile order plus ordered... something else. The lady was not to nice at the window when I kindly asked her to confirm what was in the mobile order. Shefinally confirmed the order and I went to work. Got to work and there was only one of the donuts and no donut for the mobileorder. I called and apparently got the same lady. I let her know that I was missing a donut and she responded back with a nastytone saying I gave you the donut... well ma'am that was one of the two donuts not both. Then her response was "well then you cancome pick it back up." Im at work I cant just leave I asked if there was another way to get it. She continued to be nasty for noreason so I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. Im sorry ma'am but that is absolutely no way to speak to acustomer when the mistake was on your end. I understand people have bad days but there was no reason for it. Do better. Read more
Donut selection wasn't great. Out of a lot of types of Donuts by 9am on a Saturday morning. Order taker had to ask me 3 times... for my order. Never gave my receipt and there system was off line couldn't pay with my application Read more
This is the best Dunkin in Vero. Staff is friendly and attentive. They are the only ones in thos town that get my coffee right!
I grabbed the wrong drink but they had mine ready next. Super nice about it!
