This location is great! The morning staff is friendly and organized. In and out in minutes. Being from Boston and growing up on... Dunkin from it's very first location in Quincy, I know this is the first location I have been to in Florida that makes me feellike I'm back home again....only without the snow!???? I have had my app ordered food walk out before arriving a couple of timesover the last year but they replaced it right away and without a big delay or any problem. Listen. I've writen like 4 reviews in my life, so i dont do this often. If someone from DD sees this, I'll gladly show proof of... how much money my family and i spend at dunkin donuts in vero beach. 5 locations know me by 1st name. This has got to be theworst DD in vero beach when it comes to customer service. If I had a word to better describe "horrendous" I'd use it.
