I went to this location after having a terrible experience at the other location in town. The staff here were some of the nicest... people I?ve met at a dunkin and my boyfriend and I who were doing some work here enjoyed chatting with them for a bit while therest of the store was empty. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and agree with us that dunkin is better than Starbucks. Read more

This used to be my go to every morning and afternoon for iced coffee, used to get my coffee right now with the new management... it's horrible, I always get Splenda in my coffee, the past 3 times I've received my iced coffee was horrible, tasted likeregular hot coffee(warm) and from what I could tell no Splenda and used to get my refill for 1.59 which is half price of theregular now I get charged 2.66 for a refill so basically 60 cents off for a refill which is ridiculous. They've always beenunderstaffed but the old staff at least got my coffee right. Used to be greeted with a smile unfortunately that doesn't happennow. I hope they fix these issues if not I'll be going elsewhere for my coffee. Read more

This used to be the best Dunkin in town. Staff was friendly and they got stuff out quick. Now the ladies are gone, and this... bigger gentleman with a manbun just cusses up a storm, throws things around and looks like he hates life. RUDE! I waited for a curbside order for over 20 minutes. Meanwhile watched at least 10 people walk in and out with their orders.... Giving them the benefit of the doubt I though maybe the order didn?t go through on their end. I did not want to go insidebecause I had two sick children in the car with me, but they would not answer the phones either. Unable to contact them I endedup having to go inside. The employee told me they did not have what I ordered. Why did they not come out and tell me this? Hisresponse was that he was too busy with other customers who were more important since they came into the store. My order wasquite literally In their system before people who came in and waited in line for their orders. This guy obviously doesn?tunderstand how mobile ordering works. On top of it all, he was rude and condescending with how he spoke to me. I ended upleaving without any of the food or drinks I paid for and two very upset and sick children. I understand being stressed and busy,but he could have handled the situation way better. Totally unacceptable. Read more

As an avid Dunkin Rewards App using customer and I honestly think this is one of the worst Dunkin's on the Treasure Coast. My... coffee always tastes like water and I'm always disappointed. Not that it matters too much, but it's the only one that doesn'tcare about presentation. I haven't one time got an iced coffee with whipped cream from them from the holiday menu that didn'thave some kind of chocolate caramel or cinnamon sugar sprinkle on the top and that's my favorite part ????????????. I won't becoming to this location again. After the fifth time I'm giving the benefit of the doubt I have to go somewhere else now. Read more
