I have had nothing but great experiences with this Dunkin?. Considering that every Dunkin? you go to the lines will be long,... it?s important to remember the staff that work there are doing the best they can. I?ve had multiple incidents here. Today was the last straw. I wanted 6 donuts. I had to pay first. I proceed to pick my donuts... and asked for a Halloween one. I was told they aren?t included and would be more money so I?d have to run my card again. I saidforget it. Then I ordered a large juice for me and my kids to share. I asked for a small cup with nothing in it. I was then toldI would need to pay for that as well. SMH. Starbucks might be pricey but their customer service is far superior and they alsogive free SMALL cups to share with your toddlers. Y?all lost my business. Read more
This place has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Their iced coffees are horrible and one gal loves to dump cinnamon on top of... all even if none is called for, but they will fight you and tell you that's how it's made even though you've been drinking thesame iced coffee for over 15 years and not once from Boston to Vero Beach has any other Dunkin ever sprinkled cinnamon on top.Save yourself the headache and wasted money and try another Dunkin in the area, they all seem to know their standard drinks. Ihave also received slimey egg sandwiches...needless to say also a waste of money. Read more
This Dunkin sucks. The workers are ver nasty! The ?hot? cups are way too hot and they don?t have ?cup? sleeves. . If you even... ask for one, you get an attitude. The lids are also terrible. They leak everywhere! Your BEST bet is to skip this storealtogether???????? Read more
I've been coming here nearly every morning for two weeks. Usually they are pretty good. I wouldn't say nice or they have great... service but they get the job done. Most of the time. Yesterday morning they made me a large ice Chai latte(which ended up beingsome weird version with coffee, no creamer and a drip or two of some sort of possibly Chai flavor). This morning they got theChai right but when I got to work and opened up my breakfast of bagel and cream cheese I found that they seem to have forgottenthe cream cheese. It's funny really, but also annoying because now I'm supposed to eat a 5$ bagel barely warm and with no creamcheese. Also the line was packed this morning to the point where it circled around the building and the people leaving withtheir food were stuck in the same line as the ones getting their food.(the problem with that is, it means the line can't movebecause the exit is blocked). So all in all, as much as I enjoy the convenience and spoiling myself with coffee and food in themornings, this Dunkin could do better. Read more

I?m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I?ve been pretty often (I have another Dunkin a bit closer to me but they run... out of bagels pretty early.) This store has never been out of anything I ask for. The sandwiches are always good, and my coffeeis made correctly. I?ve never been missing an item. I?m hoping the poor service other customers may be receiving is just becauseof newer employees or other things going on out of their control. Also, the employees have always been so nice and cheerful tome. So again, not sure about the other bad reviews. Read more
