Pizza was delivered cold. Then when I called and asked to speak to a manager was placed on hold and no one would ever come to... the phone. This happened about 3 different times and was on hold Atleast for 15 minutes each time. On the 4th through 6th callsthey just let it ring. Mind you this was at 7pm on a Saturday. I was so angry. So I drove up there and manager gave me animmediate refund with no apology just wanted to get me out of the store. Appalling customer service. Will never eat there again. Read more

The service is very good and they got the pizza right all the time when I order it.
Yummy quick quality pizzas! And wings are usually good too (though they can go too light on the sauces sometimes; would tell... them extra sauce on top if you want flavoring). Had their chocolate lava molten cake and it wasn't that good - tasted superfake, like a sugary plastic. Other than that the pizzas, meats and sandwiches are where it's at! (but you can skip the deserts.)The staff tends to be friendly and quick as well (though from time to time there can be a new questionable hire pop up but theytend not to last long there). 95% of the time have zero issues with this location, however since I randomly saw Google asking for my review I will share my... most recent experience. We ordered two pizza, Brooklyn style and thin crust. It's the first time I've tried Brooklyn and thincrust at this location so I don't know if that was the issue? The food was barely warm and I had picked it up within minutes ofit "being ready" I'm not sure if it's because they changed something in the process or because the bread is thin that it didn'tretain heat? But it's first time I thought about buying something else for dinner and throwing the pies away.
