The most efficient fast food establishment on earth. Lines of cars around the block but it takes about 10 minutes waiting in... line before you actually get your food...and the quality of food is great. Over 30 employees working there...and each was verycourteous. Update: I don't know where they find their employees but they are incredible. They run around the store making sureeveryone has what they need and are always very courteous. I would never hesitate to hire anyone with experience working atChick-fil-A. Read more

Ordered a chick fil a deluxe meal with Colby jack no pickles. The girl taking the order rang it up with American cheese and then... to add extra Colby jack on it. Not only was the sandwich wrong, we were overcharged for something I did not eat. If you try tocall, it goes straight to voicemail. So how am I supposed to get this resolved if they won?t even answer the phone? Worst CFAexperience I?ve had Read more

Usually when I go to Chick-fil-A the food is really good but this location I?ve been to a few times and almost every time they... messed up my order. This time they weren?t really busy so I don?t know how they messed it up and I just don?t even bother goingback to get it fixed because it?s too much of a hassle and I think won?t ever come back to this one. I ordered chicken stripsand they gave me little biscuit with chicken which is usually like the breakfast meal. Sadly disappointed. Read more

Always very fast and efficient service. The only part that is upsetting is they won't do the cool wrap with spicy fried chicken... anymore. I even offered to pay extra.... I had been getting that for almost 20 years and it was my absolute favorite but theywon't do it anymore. They said the only way was for me to buy both sandwiches and assemble at home. I think that's kind ofridiculous. Even management said no....they said corporate said they can't do it anymore which just isn't smart business.... Ifit's that much of an issue just create an upcharge option for it instead of telling the customer flat out "no." Read more

Like their food and their service is always very good. The only thing I would change is wish their kids play area would open... back up and the biggest thing is I would like to be able to pull up and actually look at the menu to order. I think Chick fil aassumes you know exactly what you want when you pull up and sometimes you need time to look at the menu then order. It can be alittle difficult having a person standing out there waiting for you to order instantly. It?s a great location though and veryconvenient. Read more

This is the most inconsistent Chick Fil A!! 90% of the time the fries are soggy and the nuggets have barely any breading and are... soggy and white. If you ask for well done they will not accommodate. The other 10% of the time it?s mediocre. The Chick Fil A inthe Indian River mall was 100% better. They actually had crispy brown nuggets and crisp fries. Read more

They have really improved since last time I went to a Chick-fil-A in Daytona about a year ago.. especially their grilled nuggets... and the size of the chicken breast! Read more

It hurts my heart to not give my favorite quick service restaurant a 5 star review. With a heavy heart I do so because It needs... to be said. Over time Chick-fil-A has maintained quality at an ever increasing price. But there does reach a point where thequality, cost and quantity don't all match up. 3 years ago you would almost pay half the price you pay now for a singlesandwich, which will almost definitely be half, if your lucky, the size of what it used to be. I used to visit this location 3or 4 times a week, I even displayed their stuffed cows in my car window. Now I, barely go once a month and the cows are allfaded. These pictures are just an example of how it is now. You can't fully tell in the picture but the whole center of mysandwich was only 1/3 inch tall. The chicken itself was thinner than the bottom bun. It might just be because I remember how itused to be, but now when I leave Chick-fil-A I don't have that same satisfied feeling that I used to get. When I eat my sandwichit almost makes me sad. The service is s excellent and fast, but it just isn't the same. Read more
