Terrible, employees do not care about the customer at all. Prime time Dinner 6 pm and they are having a good time with a friend... visiting including the manager chicken sandwich meat was burnt but nobody cares. Food sitting in the ready to go area and thecustomers just standing waiting for their food. Great Customer Service! I can't have gluten or dairy. My double whopper, no cheese or bun, was EXACTLY as ordered. It came... artfully arranged in an oblong salad container. When any restaurant serves my weirdo Celiac gluten-free orders in somethingregular orders do NOT come in, I feel very safe eating there and will make a note in my Find Me Gluten Free app so other weirdoscan eat there too :) And if you're just trying to cut carbs, try a Whopper w/no bun. Been to this BK twice in the past two months. Both times the burgers were cold and seemed like they were cooked hours before my... order. First time was late at night, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time was at lunch time and the burgers werestill cold and old. I went to a BK in Ft Lauderdale a few weeks ago and the burgers were hot and freshly cooked. BK's priceshave gone through the roof, and then to have them not cooked to order is just ridiculous. You can get a burger and fries from aregular restaurant for these prices, the least you could do is cook them fresh and serve them hot. I will not be coming backhere. Read more
i was in the drive thru at 8:30am, waited 10 minutes, then the girl from inside told me they weren?t open yet and to come back... at 9am. this is not normal and should be addressed. it also seemed like she was the only one there, which says a lot about howburger king cares about their employees safety. i will be sending a request to corporate to have this investigated. this hasntbeen the first time theyre just ?closed? spontaneously. I live less than 5 minutes from there and our food was ice cold when we got home, fries tasted like old grease. 3 orders with... fries that were hard, and tasted like 2 day old. Never again at that location. Read more
Fries were incredible soggy and uncooked!!!!! Literally could have food poisoning because of lack of undercooked fries.... Absolutely disgusting. Left to Checkers just to replace my fries. Terrible Service. Read more
