Terrible, employees do not care about the customer at all. Great Customer Service! I can't have gluten or dairy. My double whopper, no cheese or bun, was EXACTLY as ordered. It came... artfully arranged in an oblong salad container. When any restaurant serves my weirdo Celiac gluten-free orders in somethingregular orders do NOT come in, I feel very safe eating there and will make a note in my Find Me Gluten Free app so other weirdoscan eat there too :) And if you're just trying to cut carbs, try a Whopper w/no bun. Been to this BK twice in the past two months. Both times the burgers were cold and seemed like they were cooked hours before my... order. First time was late at night, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time was at lunch time and the burgers werestill cold and old. I went to a BK in Ft Lauderdale a few weeks ago and the burgers were hot and freshly cooked. BK's priceshave gone through the roof, and then to have them not cooked to order is just ridiculous. You can get a burger and fries from aregular restaurant for these prices, the least you could do is cook them fresh and serve them hot. I will not be coming backhere. Read more
