Great experience at Bonefish Grill Vero Beach. We were celebrating the purchase of a home here and decided to go here for... dinner. Our server, Jordan was friendly, attentive and helpful. Ordering Online, Curbside Pickup Process and Customer Service was GREAT. However the food was NOT. I don’t know what happened... last night… we’ve been here plenty before and never had an issue with the food but last night was not good. We ordered 2apps, one being the new Sashimi… the fish was bad! the other being the bang bang shrimp which were undercooked and soft… Myentree was the pasta with Salmon. The freshest thing on it was the bell pepper slices. The salmon was freezer burned andundercooked. Artichokes were from a can (gross). Just don’t include artichokes if they’re not fresh! I had a corn & crabchowder on the side, which had no crab in it and it was just campbells corn chowder.. tasted the exact same. My girlfriend hasthe cod imperial which was as she says “just nasty” because it was also freezer burned and undercooked too. Our second time at the restaurant in a 2 week span. The first time was on a Tuesday and the service and food were great! The 2nd... time is as on a Friday and they were busy. Our food was dry and lacking in presentation. I will try to go again preferably on aweek day. Read more
