I was here about a month ago and was not pleased. I came back now and once again left saying I won?t be back. The veggie... omelet was terrible. Overcooked. The coffee was somewhat cold! It took forever to bring breakfast. The waitresses are nicebut I paid 16.00 for an omelet and a cup of coffee. And left most of it. I will not be back! Read more

It takes them 5hr to bring the water ???????????????? I only come here because my little one loves the food! If Delores (the... best server ever) is not working when we get here, the service we get is worse than the worst!!! First we had to ask for ourorder to be taken after over 25 minutes sitting down waiting. Someone came 5 minutes later to take our order. 10 minutes laterwe had to ask for water and dinner rolls (thats a little over 45 minutes) 5 minutes later . After that we waited over anadditional 20 minutes for our food (pancakes, soup and salad) and the orders came wrong!! In total it was more than an hour and15 minutes to finally start eating!!! Outrageous!! Aaahhh but the check was put on our table in less than 30 seconds afterfinally getting everything straightened up!! Had an hour and a half to get breakfast before dr. appointment. Went to Bob Evans, Vero. Hostess sat us within a couple of... minutes and took our order for coffee. She said a waitress would be there shortly. People across from us was getting agitatedbecause they had already waited 20 minutes or so to be waited on. The lady finally went to ask about service. She was toldsomeone would be right there. But waitress started to come to our table and I told her they were first. We continued to wait togive our order. Time was ticking away. A waitress finally came our way but took another customer who came in after us. Wecontinued to wait to give order but finally decided we had to leave. We had been there at least half hour and no waitress.Toldfront counter persoon to charge for coffee which we didn't drink but we had to leave. Told them no one ever came to wait on us.Questioned a charge of $6.00 + for the coffee. They finally didn't charge anything. I understand shortage of help but failing tohave someone taking order or going to customer's who come in afterwards is not acceptable.. Needless to say it will be a longtime or never again for us to go back to this restaurant. Read more
Unfortunate waste of time. 50+ minutes for our food while others who came/ordered after were being served. Food finally arrived... and we were missing items, added certain items to food even though we asked to remove them, and everything was stone cold yetburnt at the same time. Nothing seasoned, could probably get more flavor from the dirty carpet here. I feel bad for the staffhere as they were quite kind, God help this place. Read more
Ate here for the first time, yesterday. Food was garbage, service was terrible. After talking to a manager it was not any... better. There excuse was ?we?re short staffed?. Server forgot 40% of our food. It was all cold when it arrived. Tasted horrible.The fish smelled like it?s been sitting in the refrigerator for over a week uncovered. Very bad experience. Nice clean establishment. Ordered breakfast food. Clean and organized. Pricing was reasonable. Food was cooked right and tasted... good. Staff was friendly and served us well. Bathrooms were clean. My breakfast steak was a good choice though I would probablynot order the toast next time. Great breakfast joint to put on your list. Read more
Visited this restaurant for the first time. I ordered sweet tea, but had to switch because it was extremely watered down. I was... disappointed because I just knew that the tea would be better being a "country-style" restaurant. I ordered the half pot roastmelt with the grilled chicken cranberry salad, which was delicious! The sandwich came with a small bowl of flavorful gravy fordipping. The salad was fresh and delicious. Our server was friendly but seemed overwhelmed with the number of customers she hadto serve on her own. The atmosphere was quaint and quiet enough to hold a decent conversation at our table. We did have to waitfor the hostess to ring up several customers leaving before being seated, about 4-5 minutes. On our way out to pay, we again hadto wait for someone to come check us out. This location seemed to have a staff shortage for the level of business that day. Read more
