Bummed about our experience tonight. Mat was too thick, so the ball is above your feet. Using a driver was useless. Straddling... the mat to hit off it, the mat hits your club on the backswing. Going backwards to avoid it and your feet get uneven off themat. When we got there the ones that were with good mats were taken. One employee stood behind us, silently observing. It waskinda weird so we asked him about it, and he said he was a porter. Then a guy in a vest was informed and he just listened andagreed but then went off to play himself. Our waitress brought our drinks and disappeared for over 30 minutes. At that pointdrinks were empty for a while and we were frustrated. Asked vested guy if he could find Mariana for us. Spotted what appeared tobe our waitress and managers and other workers playing down the way. We just gave up after talking to two people. Every othertime we have been here it was a good and fun experience. But this time, made me wish we'd gone to a real driving range. Whenyou're not busy, why ignore customers, not check in on us, not even seem available? Paying -$60 for bad sport / drinkexperience. Weren't about to get food. The frst time I haven't extended play. Awful experience, never again! A group of 4 of us stopped in for some fun but were met with an experience unlike any other. A... monitor, positioned outward more than at any other bay, was accidentally bumped by a club from one of our friends and left atiny crack. No protection on the monitor, yikes! Monitor worked fine but we wanted to let our server know so she wouldn't be onthe hook for it, always do the right thing! This is when the manager from hell showed up with a nasty attitude, mean stares anda bill in hand. The way he handled the situation from a management POV was well below par, unlike anything I've ever seenbefore and corporate will be alerted to this soon. Never asked if our friend was OK, forced her to sign paperwork and give CCinformation on the spot for the computer monitor, truly never seen anything like this. Is business slow? It was emptythere. Monitor juts out and isn't protected by a cover or anything, awful design and flaw IMO. They don't have insurance foraccidents? Will never return, stick with the original concept companies who do business right like Top Golf and DriveShack. Read more

My group came here with a party of 15 people and they were able to accommodate all of us pretty quickly. It's a fun place kind... of like bowling but for golf. It is a fun time even if you aren't very good too, it's much more fun to watch that way. They haveclubs there for you to use but you can bring your own. The sensors in the balls are pretty bad though, so make sure you use youreyes instead of trusting the screen. Read more

This was our first visit to Big Shots. Our experience was AWESOME! We work hard all week, so this was just what the doctor... ordered. From the time we walked the door, the staff was enthusiastic and attentive. Food was good (fried pickles were alittle salty) and the portions were good for sharing.
