I have been waiting for the cheese steak to come out. I ordered one from the Arby's in vero beach and was very disappointed with... it. After taking two bites out of it I was able to see the meat. For a company that's slogan we got the meat they must be hidingit in the kitchen because it was definitely not on the sandwich. I had maybe two to three ounces tops. On Aug 5th I was dealing with a minor injury so thought I would order food delivered from Arby?s as that was my only fast food... love! They apparently use Door Dash! That was a HUGE MISTAKE! I kept waiting for the delivery so I called and the gentlemanat Door Dash only spoke Spanish and I do not! Then I got a call from Outback only because he was kind saying Door Dash haddelivered my food to them!!!! Say WHAT?? So I managed to get there several hours later to what was left of the melted warmshake and cold food! I called Arby?s was told not their problem call Door Dash! Called them and the said they would provide arefund which did NOT happen! They said they would on the next order! There will be NO next order for Door Dash OR Arby?s asthey could have cared less! Next time I will go to Outback pay more with REAL SERVICE and caring people. I would never haveknown where it was dropped off if Outback had not called me! What a disaster! Told my daughter something was wrong when I was told the price. Looked at receipt and my club wrap was not... listed after having a long conversation that they no longer do the chicken but could do turkey. Get home with food and would youbelieve no chicken bacon swiss sandwich, but received a roast beef! HOW IS THIS! Paid for large mozz sticks and received asmall! Always super clean and we've never had a bad meal. Our food has always been super hot and fresh. We tried the new wagyu beef... burger, which they get sous vide and then they deep-fry to order. It was juicy and very good! We still prefer the roast beefsince that's what we go to Arby's for but it's definitely worth trying the burger! Read more
Can?t go wrong with the beef sandwich! Usually they have specials or coupons. Arby?s always has good workers at this location,... always friendly too. Also this location has been revamped & remodeled. It looks very upgraded and contemporary. It's not their fault for the 3 stars. I've visited twice in the last month and they were out of stock for the boss's order. On a... 30 min lunch when I don't have 17mins to spend waiting on food it's not ideal. The service is great and the staff clearly alwaystry their best. As I said, it's not a reflection of the crew.
