Great food usually. Had an order that the temp cook botched, took me 60 days to get a response through customer service and... while I got a refund, I was called a liar and told not to order from them! Wow, great CS. Owner couldn't be a nicer guy, when I first went there and Nik was present I got a decent amount of food for the price; although... I don't like the expectation of a tip when you pay unless there's actually a waitress/waiter. On the other hand, when I wentthere a second time, I received significantly less food and had some nasty bathroom troubles the day following..lol. I thinkthe difference is the owner being present. When they first opened they were awesome, but as they?ve stuck around everything has gone down. The quantity has gone down, the... spicy chicken isn?t even as spicy as it used to be, and even expecting a tip to hand me to food is a bit silly. I went to get lunch with my wife, our 6 year old, and our 3 year old. This is a fast-casual restaurant and our order took 20-25... minutes. The taste was slightly better than those Japanese spots you often see in mall food courts, and for that, I paid $63for a family of four. The quality, cost, and time were not worth it. Read more

Excellent! Ordered the spicy chicken Yakisoba style and I will say it was SPICY HOT! if you don't love heat, do not order... spicy, but this was a pleasant surprise for me. Everything was fresh, lots of chicken and a good amount of veggies and noodles. Will definitely be back! Read more

Teriyaki sauce is yummy! Bowls are pretty big you can definitely get 2 meals out of one. The chicken breast was really good.
