This location does not have any freshly made juices, no Orange or Carrot or Green grass juice. Jamba juice is good for freshly... prepared juice and I believe the staff is lazy to make some and always give lame excuses like the machine is broke andsomething. Read more
Funny enough- I brought someone here to get a feel of why I speak so highly of jamba. I didn?t get the name of the worker... because she was the only one working. Not only was she taking her time with us- she also perfected our order. It was so good wecould barely put it down. She did amazing and left a wonderful impression for a first timer. so I've been coming to this place for years and my sister has a dairy issue and I have been able to substitute this with every... other Jamba juice and any other area and this place try to tell me that I can't substitute it and they there's no way to make itdon't go waste your time here "You're not allowed to put my fruit in my drink " Read more
I AM SO MAD ON LEVELS YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND! The pumpkin shake is a nostalgic shake for me, and I really enjoy it and enjoy this... place; usually. This year, when it is November 3rd, might I add, they DIDN?T HAVE THE PUMPKIN SHAKE. It?s November 3rd, people.Pumpkin stuff is not out of season yet. I don?t even want to give them 1 star. horrible customer service. they always seem miserable and annoyed that they have... customers. there?s always a chance my order is made wrong as well. 10/10 don?t recommend.! they also pick and choose what daysthey want to give military discounts or maybe it?s too much work to do sometimes even tho whenever I go in it?s empty. very lazyworkers. You have to stop disappointing customers buy not serving juice until end of store hours or either update you store house to... mention that you will not serve freshly squeezed juice after a certain time. You are the only store who stops serving juice 1.5hrs before store closing. If you have anything in menu, you should be serving them till the store is open. We have been to yourstore multiple times to only listen to ?oh we are not making freshly squeezed juice at this time? even though the store is notscheduled to close for more than an hour. Had an issue with door dash so I called. They had me on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up. Never had jamba juice and... now I probably will never have it. At least not from this location. Read more
