The Night of 11/28/22. Dave was Such an accommodating employee it literally made my night. After a long day of work and dealing... with stuff. To come and be treated with smiles and laughs. This location is always so professional and courteous. I ordered through the app and quickly made my way through the drive-thru.... I received my food without delay. It was delicious in standard Chick-fil-A fashion. Read more
Hi, don?t want to do this but, just letting you know at this location, double check your food. Some of the workers are friendly... and some of them are not. I am really disappointed at this location, this is my first time writing a review for Chick-fil-A atthis location took my family out to have some lunch. Doesn't make sense that the pickup area for doordash and other apps to be in the small hallway in between the first and second... doors. I have seen lines that go out into that hallway. You expect us to stand in the way of people getting into the store? Whatif there's several food delivery drivers? Just pack them in the small hallway with the customers in line? This is the onlyChick-fil-A in the Chicagoland area that has this bad setup. Put the pickup area inside. Plus half the time the employees putour pickups on the customer pickup inside anyways... Food was good. Only got 3 stars because their was a hair in my food when I opened it.
Always great food. One thing different from other fast food restaurants now a days is they asked me if I was dining in or take... out. Most fast food places just assume take out. Read more
We got a raw nugget. Check your nuggets. They also usually don?t give us our straws.
