WARNING: Using the carwash at CASEY'S (Vernon Hills) may severely damage your vehicle and they will not take responsibility. In... the images a tire brush broke, damaging a neighbor's car. It had to be towed out of there and costed thousands of dollars torepair. Casey's has refused to cover any of the damages. This is a disreputable new business in our area. I normally don?t give bad reviews however I do when I expect a service and it?s not there. It?s as simple as the squeegee that I... used a year ago when I was a mobile station. There were 2 squeegees that were broken and shoved into a dry bucket. The rest ofthe buckets were dry with no squeegee. I was already annoyed that I had to hit an extra button to say I didn?t have a Casey?scard. Also one broken gas pump that was laying on the ground. I?m sure this is a fire marshal violation. The manager at this Casey?s was a Doll. I had trouble with my card and got charged extra.. (human error) by the cashier..... manager Claudia made me feel very comfortable. Every dime I over paid was refunded and she did give the cashier some coaching onhow to prevent that mistake in the future. Very stressfull situation turned into a very pleasant experience. 10 stars for me.And I will be returning. Might even tell some of my friends to shop at CASEY?s FORSURE!! Read more
