Very slow and unorganized team this afternoon. The manager sure was carrying the load while others were doing their own thing... and moved slow. My paid mobile order of a large Carmel frappe has taken 9 minutes so far. Many others waiting. Read more
Sunday morning 9:45am 9-25-22w we order a bacon egg McGriddle and a biscuit and gravy. After an 8 minute wait we are told no... gravy, are you kidding, a Sunday morning and no gravy?!! I ask the manager how does that happen? Her reply is?we just ran out?.You ran out lady because someone, you or someone who works for you didn?t order it, that?s why you ran out! Got our money backand went across the street to Braums and got what we wanted, and to be honest it was better and less expensive than McDonald?s! Read more
Have been there before in the past, but that was a couple years back. Figured why not try it again and get my and my mom some... MD's since it's been a while. Nope, still same experience. Didn't get an order of our fries, food wasn't properly wrapped, halfof the hamburgers were showing(which isn't a really big deal to me, but to my mom it was) So she went inside to get the otherorder of fries since we got their new bundle pack(don't know how knew it was, just seen it on the sign. Came with 2 fries, 2Cburgers and 20 piece chick nugs). Was greeted with rudeness when she told her and was questioned with what she had, which mymom even told her to look at the recipe. Which the girl had in her hand. Now on to the food. The fries were fresh, but theburgers were dry and tasted old honestly. Like they really had been sitting out, bun and all. Haven't tried the nuggets yet. Soreally don't know how they were. But all in all, no matter how long its been since going there. It always seems theservice/food is not that great. Time and date: 3:12pm, April 9,2022. Woman taking our order at drive through sounded annoyed when we ordered. We tried to let... that go as okay maybe she is tired. Then we pay and go to get our food. The other woman who filled our drinks barely filled fulland when we asked if she could fill it full, she said "thats because you have no ice in it". No ma'am. We have been to over 30mcdonalds and that is not how this works. We request no ice so it does not get watered down on the journey. Read more
Ordered McGriddles but they gave us Sausage McMuffins! Poor customer service, the one that was taking the order was kind of... rude. They need more training. No time to exchange our orders because the lobby was closed and won?t waste our time in the drivethru. They should?ve done it right the first time since we waited patiently anyway. Sorry but this has to be the worst I've ever visited. The Frappe machine hasn't worked in weeks. I asked for a receipt and was... told they don't have any at this location. I won't be returning. The quarter pound patty was smallest I've ever had. Read more
Ordered online to pick up CURBSIDE and waited 20 minutes before going inside for my order. I had order a quarter pounder with... cheese and bacon there was no bacon and my fries were cold.
