Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The dining room is small, but they have additional outdoor seating. The restaurant... was very clean and we\'ll run.\n\nOur food was delicious. We had an omelette, pancakes, and a prosciutto flatbread l. Everythingwas fresh and made to order.\n\nI noticed that they also offer specialty coffees. There was a beautiful display case packed withmuffins and dessert offerings. We were too full to even think about more food, but I really considered taking some baked goodsto go.\n\nStop in, The Crystal Cafe is a great spot. Read more

First time after the new Owner took over. Nicely done renovation and face lift at this Vernon stable. Love the fact the didnt do... much to the traditional outside beside adding a very nice outside sitting area. The inside look is clean, fresh and straight topoint.\n\nFood : was ok If you know what you get into. It is NOT a 5 star Restaurant more than a traditional homestylerestaurant with southern flavors and dishes added.\n\nMenu is hugde and you can find something for eveyone.\n\nMy little gad agrilled cheese and eat it all. My Wife had a burrito wich was nicely seasoned with a bit kick by the end. The burger for mybigger girl was good too.\n\nI had the Chicken Cordon Bleu ? the chicken was good unfortunately dunked in a dark gravy so thenice crust was soaked again? why?\nMushrooms where nicely season and my kids loved them. The Mashed Potatoes arent good tastedlike a product from powder and the vegetables was a frozen mix (comfirmed by the staff)? but why you in the area with tons offarm during harvest season get something fresh amd potatoes shouldn?t be a problem. I never understand why someone calls himselfa chef would use that crap? If you need help reach out and I can teach you some easy sautee or roast procedures for veggies whowont be much more $$$ and effect you?re food coast?. Read more

It\'s a lovely little clean place with awesome and friendly staff. The food was good, and the pancakes were average but not bad... at all. I believe it was lacking the slight crispy and buttery edge to be perfect; but still nice and fluffy. Just a Great placeto be with family. Read more

New Owners and Renovated. This was our first chance to get over to The Crystal Cafe since they opened. Very happy we chose to... have lunch there today. Our waitress Shannon was excellent and the other ladies were very personable. Love the renovation, aclean streamline warm modern vibe. Outside dining available and it looks like they are finishing an outdoor oven. My chop chopsalad with raspberry vinaigrette and my daughters Buffalo Chicken Flatbread sandwich were very good. Portion and $ just right. We each had Ice Tea to drink and our total was $25.00. Very reasonable. We will be back. Read more

Read a lot of reviews on this place and had the owner of the Air BnB we stayed at claim that this would be the best breakfast... we\'ve ever had. It was not bad, but a far cry from top of the list. The food honestly was fairly standard. It was completelysufficient, but I wouldn\'t go out of my way to tell anyone they MUST go here.\n\nI called about the wait time and they said 5minutes or less. We waited 25 minutes to be seated. These things happen, quick influx of customers, no big deal. The coffeeis a light blend here, if you like something a bit more full bodied or robust, this isn\'t it. Still, not complaining...that\'sjust a preference. The service team was nice and were doing what they could with a full room. Things were missed and therewasn\'t enough attention to some items, but they were busy. We got the wrong benedict first time around, perhaps becausesomeone at the table ordered a spinach omelet they jumbled it up a bit and brought a Florentine benedict. Again...not a bigdeal.\n\nThe food was very run of the mill. That is not a bad thing, but again, I\'ve had many breakfasts in my life that arefar better. The kitchen was pretty quick with the orders considered the amount of business they had. Food was prettyadequately priced compared to most diners or breakfast restaurants.\n\nNot sure if we will be back in this town or not, but ifwe are I\'d probably travel into Warwick and check out a few of the options I\'ve seen online there versus coming back here. That does not mean you shouldn\'t check them out for yourself, I just wasn\'t overwhelmed and this place was hyped up prettyhard for us. Read more
