NEVER leave this drive thru without triple-checking your order. 90% of the time they'll give you the wrong thing, even when the... lineup is practically empty. 4/5 times I've gone here over the past few months, they've given me the wrong order. Today, Iordered a Baconator w/ large fries which came out to $16, but what I got was a $1 burger from the cheap menu and smallfries. One thing someone should expect when ordering low-tier trash food is consistency... 2 stars because the food is *usually* good. Have had quite a few mistakes and forgotten items though. Missing the dipping sauce... for strips or nuggets is probably the biggest problem I have had, amoung them all. The main reason I give this Wendy's 2 starsis because of the wait times. It's just ridiculously long. Sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes is kind of insane. Stilllove Wendy's food though. ???? Read more
It's what you expect, predictable and tasty burgers, fries, chicken fingers, salads, frosties, etc. They are usually pretty... quick, but can still get backed up at the drive-thru especially with it becoming more difficult to find staff willing to work infast paced, low paying customer service roles. Give them a break if it's taking a bit longer than usual, they are working theirbutts off in there. Try a strawberry lemonade if you want a sweet and tart drink to refresh yourself, it's one of my favouritesto get and Wendy's version is quite good. Read more
I waited in the lobby for half an hour before I realized they weren't making my food for my mobile order. When I went up to the... counter and asked, I was told my order didn't go through, and to try again. I brought up the receipt in the app, but theyrefused to acknowledge it. They said it didn't go through. I showed them the charges in my banking app. They still said itdidn't go through. They refused to give me my food or money back, and told me to call the bank and reverse the charges. I justwanted my food or money back, but they refused. I was dealing directly with the manager. All the other employees were tellingher to just make the food. She still refused. Finally someone else just decided to make the order and give it to me. Thisprocess took an hour. I will never go back to the Vernon, BC location of Wendy's. Read more
The food quality and experience was consistent to expectations with the Wendy?s brand. The parking is terrible at this location.... The drive thru blocks traffic making location access difficult. It was an extremely busy day when we attended. Patio seating isdismal but inside is great. The newly renovated interior was modern and nice. The new soda dispenser offers a huge variety ofpop. This is our only go to fast food restaurant , salads are fresh and delicious, fries are always super hot too. Drive thru is... always lined up so parking lot is always a challenge . Even though it's always busy the line up moves fast . Highly recommended. Read more
Only 1 Wendy's in town and it is very slow. It looks like there are only teenagers working there which is great for them but... they spend a lot of time talking and fooling around instead of helping customers. It takes approximately 30 mins in the drivethru and 20-40 mins if you go inside depending on if they keep giving your orders to the drive thru. I asked for my food to goand it was put on a tray and rather than letting me put my food in the bag the employee insisted, dumping out half my fries onthe tray and giving me my food. If you enjoy waiting extended periods of time after ordering your food, than this Wendy's location has got you covered! Please... note: this is not a troll review, nor representative of any of the workers there as individual employees; this is just MYoverall experience on the several times I've found myself at this particular Wendy's location. ...Okay, with that out of theway, let's get started: This Wendy's location is both a let down with respect to timely service in both drive-thru and in-houseordering. It's likely that you'll find yourself humming a tune or two before wondering, "how long does it take to ready aburger?" And yes, I mean burger ? singular ? my go to is typically a Baconator, or the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, that's it. Nofries, no drink and no special requests to the aforementioned food choices, and STILL I once waiter up to (not exaggeratinghere) fifteen minutes for my order to be called. Now, I'd have more understanding and forgiveness had the store been overrunwith orders and people ? it wasn't ? I don't like people much, so I generally frequent establishments on their non-peak timesand days, and even with that tactic employed, the time it took to receive said burger was still egregiously painful. We live ina post/continuing pandemic world, and everyone is short-staffed, that's just how it is, but even with that understanding, I'vestill managed to recieve expert level customer care at other businesses ? but not this one.
