Horrible service against corporate policies. I bought a coffee, sandwich and soup and was told I had to pay full price for them... all as they are not part of a meal. Cashier was very rude and training a new employee in another language while dealing withme. At every other tim hortons I?ve ever been to this is a meal. And it cost 5.00 more than the meal elsewhere. Made themistake of going to washroom after I ate. Disgusting mess, no toilet paper or soap and discussing mess. Will NEVER return andwill be contacting corporate office to share my experience. Doughnuts did not support the representation I'd heard from others about how great they taste. Disappointed in the chocolate... croissant especially at another outlet and this outlet was worse with poor service. A breakfast sandwich was not as ordered andno one around to help correct. Typical Tim's in most ways, staff barely speak English and you're lucky if you get what you ordered. I didn't, and somehow they... make it sound like you're fault. Coffee wasn't great, I've had better at Tim's. Read more
I went Thursday June 17th and the lobby was closed. But there was 5 people still in there having coffee. Then I went in for a... second and got kicked out and the lady told me they?re only doing drive thru and I said ?well I don?t have a car? just the waythey randomly closed the lobby and the drive thru was basically empty was stupid. It's ok. Drive thru difficult to get in. In the actual fast food restaurant. Most of the time staff is nice. Only thing is when... it's busy, they should have both front of restaurant tills open, and they never due. When they open late or close early due tostaffing they never have any signs posted. Can be super frustrating. Read more
Pretty good Tim hortons location in my opinion. Most of the time they have a large selection. The drive thru is usually quicker... than going inside to order and the staff is usually pleasant. Read more
