I had heard good things about the fig... Sadly, My experience was not even remotely good.. We ordered a cinnamon buns, it was... a decent size... but needed a gallon of milk to go along with it, as it was the driest thing I have ever tasted and not muchflavor at all! The brownie was very very thin and again dry and crumpled into peices. My London ice fog had a hair inside thecup :s and the Iced hot chocolate I got My granddaughter tasted like water... no chocolate at all. Read more

David and his team are incredible to deal with. Not only do they provide amazing meals (turkey club ????) but they also go out... of their way to get to know customers and truly care about our community. Highly recommend you try this place. Read more
One of my favorite places to go eat. The sandwhiches are enormous you get a great amount for what you pay. The soups are... delicious and the staff are always kind and very helpful. 10/10 Read more

With most businesses, you hope they will get it right 100% of the time, and you will never be let down. For myself, I hope that... early on I will have them make an error so I can see how they handle their customers in difficult situations. I have beendining in and ordering food from The Fig for three years and earlier this week, I experienced an error. Not a very big deal butthey missed adding an item to the order that was an add on for a take out order. I contacted David (the owner) and let him knowof the error. He of course apologized for the error and told me they would comp my error item the next time to ensure we weresquare. I received my order today with a hand written note and a special treat to make up for the inconvenience. While not abig deal to have missing bacon on an order, they took the mistake seriously and made it right immediately.
