They close at 5pm everyday. Beyond misleading people with their online hours how do expect to run a restaurant that's never open... for dinner. Insanity close it during the day and run dinner. This is a horrible KFC. It's extremely dirty, it has 1 of the worst locations on town, the hours of operation are non existent.... Dont expect to eat here, it wont happen. They often arent open friday night and 5pm... Insane!! It needs to be torn down andrelocated to the North side of town or Okanagan Landing. Just assume Vernon doesn't have a KFC... Read more
Nothing wrong with the food or service, it's just never open and has no staff. The one lady is the only one keeping the place... going at all, kudos to her. If she leaves the place will fold. KFC corporate needs to get its act together and do somethingabout it. That location has been there since the 70's and never had a problem. Again I have nowhere to get the KFC I crave. The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic, so friendly especially considering I arrived moments before closing... time. Food was good and hot, nothing magical but it was what I expected and was good as far as fast food goes. Read more
Disgusting location. Very run down and dirty. Staff have no clue about the products and food out of stock and well makes sense... why KFC is dying! Really needs some attention. Head office intervention. Water leaking in seating area and was blocked by metalbench and no one bothered to clean up. Save you money and health! Read more
Dine in is open! We ordered online ahead of time. Both times we have had to wait a few minutes, but that's because they want to... cook up everything hot and fresh for us. I added a large fountain drink to my order when I came in. I was about to pay by debitbut the woman behind the counter said don't bother because she expected me to pay extra fees. This gesture went a long way. Theplant sandwich tasted better than I was expecting. My girlfriend is from the Philippines and had a major fried chicken craving.She was happy with her fried chicken. The dine in area is more spacious than you would expect from the outside. I noticed thewoman was very helpful with the other customers coming into the store too. Read more
the staff are super helpful and friendly. if it was just the staff this would be 5 stars. the resturant is run down and needs... many repairs. paint falling off of the walls. broken front windows for months covered by boards. their is normally bugs underthe pop machine... for years... the tables are worn out and need replacing... the place is a mess... i hope they fix it up tomatch the amazing staff. staff 5 stars. resturant 1-2 stars Read more
