I really enjoyed my lunch @ DQ being a chicken sandwich, fries & ice tea & as a dessert a Dilly bar. I also used a coupon for a... great price &:the staff returned the coupon until expiry date. The food was good, fast, hot & I found the staff helpfulreplacing the ketchup & helping with their survey app! It wasn't busy so it was quiet to enjoy to the last bite! Extremely POOR .I asked for half a pump of chocolate and half a pump of Caramel, but apparently this request is FAR beyond the... skill level of this DQ. So even though I was not asking for more sauce they wanted to charge more. So obviously making moremoney is far more important than having a happy customer will never go back there again. All other DQ's I have been to, have noproblem with this request. So in Vernon prices go up and customer happiness goes down. Read more
As always the blizzard is great. Also the staff is super nice, fast and attentive. I had strawberry cheesecake+ peanut butter... cups and a Hamburger. They bring it to my table and were fast to respond and serve my need especially the person serving theproducts in the front desk. thank you specially when most places here seems to not be too cool with foreigner speakers (in aturistic town!) Positive experience that met expectations of a Dairy Queen brand. ?Coffee crisp? is the blizzard of the month and it is... fantastic. Very pleased. This location has good parking and did a decent job. Service was slow but all DQ?s seem that way. Read more
This is the most unprofessional dairy queen, was treated disrespectful at the window for asking for more choclate as what I was... given was not regular standard and a complete joke for 5$ I got a dipped cone with no chocolate fully and a hot fudge sundaewith I kid you not a dime sized pump of chocolate, asked for a little more and the employee had the audacity to argue and say"oh my god" giving my husband and I so much attitude. I asked for my money back as she refused to remake and deliver a properproduct. Looks filthy in there too should certainly not pass a health inspection. Vernon residents can do better than this placehi ho off to another establishment I go. I mean honestly management if you're going to offer such a reduction to scrimp andscrape people will gladly go elsewhere. The presentation of the ice cream was just aweful. Read more
Always a good exp. Amazing customer service. The manager was born to be in customer service. Hes an absolutely fantastic people... person. Only gave it 4 stars cuz it's really cramped and teeny. The line up to order and the crowd of people waiting for theirfood often intermingle and its hard to tell where the line ends. But otherwise it's top notch for a fast food joint. Read more
I was accused of not knowing what size I ordered. I just left with an exact refund and a permanent bad taste. I do not believe I... will return to this location again. They were busy, so we were patient. I ordered a large blizzard and it was given away tosomeone else. The small came out that was meant for the order 5 people after us. No one was picking up the small, so I wasexplaining to them what may have happened. I was told I was wrong. They even made me produce a copy of purchase because theydidn't believe me that I ordered a large. They were trying to give me the small. I wasn't willing to go home with a small when Ijust paid for a large. Instead of trying to rush out a large blizzard he crossed his arms and accused me of falsifying thisinformation, so I went to the car to get receipt where my partner had been waiting with their ice cream for about tenminutes...like seriously?! Then I had to ASK for a refund, nothing was offered but to now wait for a large or get my money back.Id recommend to go to any other ice cream place in the area. This was NOT worth ice cream ever. They Missed an order, but I didn't want to wait and reorder. The only reason to go there is for their Ice cream. Their burgers... are well below average. Their ice cream above. Can't beat their birthday cakes. Read more
