Okay, this is going to be somewhat bias as I love me some A&W. With that out of the way, this location specifically gets a 4/5... stars for me. The staff are polite, easy to converse with, and they are well acquainted with the nuances of the venuesmenu. It's a good little spot for some familiar burgers and fries (or onion rings, if you're me), while enjoying thatcharacteristic 'small-town Canada diner'. Read more

Mom and dad used to take us to the drive up service, trays on the windows. Now we still go, even though they have both passed... away. It is much safer than the one near Polson Park! I came in at 5pm and it was empty. No one else was dining in. One family came... in after me to dine in. They were fairly efficient with my Beyond Meat burger and diet root beer. Current price is 10.79. It'sabout 12 bucks for the combo (burger, drink, fries). The best part is they didn't ask if I wanted cheese for an extra cost. Ifind it much more honest when the onus is on the customer to request cheese. It's so quiet and peaceful in here compared toeating in at other fast food joints. Burger and my soda both lived up to the nostalgic A and W taste. Super duper ultra cleanin here too! My wait for my burger and drink was five minutes. The drive thru was busy so obviously that's gonna be prioritizedbefore the dine in folk. Read more
This past weekend, our farm vehicle broke down in the drive thru (fuel pump went) and we had a trailer with 21 bales of straw on... it! Once the staff saw what was happening, they jumped up and all helped push our vehicle and trailer through the drive thru,around the restaurant and back over to a safe area behind the A & W. There was no hesitation and no question that they weregoing to help us! Thank you to the staff who came out to help my husband!!! You guys made it so much easier to deal withthings!!!
