I arrived at 6:50 to pick up a DoorDash order. The sign said the lobby closes at 7 and there was a line of over 12 cars in the... drive thru. The worker locked the door and told me to go through the drive thru while there were people eating inside and thelobby was closing early without any notice. Very unimpressed, never seen an establishment so poorly managed. Deserves a zerostar. Read more

I am shaken with my service today. My 4 year old was just trying to get some chicken nuggets and an ice cream. My child,... Evierleihigeh, was going through a rough time period and was very upset. When she received her vanilla ice cream, it came outwith red and green chunks of an undiagnosed object. I was appalled. Disgusted. Angered. In addition, my daughter receiveduncooked, yellow nuggets that I will never let her touch again. I knew I should have never moved to South Dakota. It's a McDonald's, although they do have an AI voice that takes your order, which is kinda annoying to use, but it's super cool,... food is McDonald's. You always have to make sure to speak up when talking to the AI though, She hates mumblers. Read more

This place is a joke. The lobby is rarely ever opened and the drive thru line is always extremely long. Save yourself the... inconvenience if your from out of town and head to the Yankton McDonald's they are always open and have fast friendly reliableservice. Read more
Lobby not open, only ever one drive thru lane open, and horrible wait times. This location keeps going downhill. No ice cream... after midnight and sometimes a refusal to customize your order.
