I love Vermilion and every time I am home I need to go. This time we chose this cute restaurant, love the atmosphere. The menu... looked great and my salmon wrap was good. Restaurants are going through difficult times and I don't want to give any negativereviews, my moms chicken sandwich was over fried, she struggled eating the chicken. Stopped here for lunch with the sales rep from absolute machine. Awesome little spot great selection of beer waitress for... helpful and pleasant. On today's adventure of food for appetizer bruschetta the toast was light and flaky the tomatoes andbalsamic and goat cheese flavorful. The Pavilion Grill is a phenomenal place with quality food. Apparently they care too much. It's pathetic that they just got a... one-star review on here because the restaurant closed due to a covid outbreak. I guess the person posting the one-star reviewwould like the staff to work sick and spread the infection to others and not tell anybody. So they can get their food. Sincethat person is obviously more important than anybody else. You would think people would be more understanding after the pastcouple of years, but some people are even worse. It's not like the restaurant was closed so everybody could go to the beach. Tryto be more understanding. Especially when this is a small business, and not some corporate chain. Read more
Stopped in to have a light lunch & was pleasantly surprised! We ordered the Bruschetta which was so good & we followed it up... with the shrimp tacos with a spicy corn salsa on it which made it very tasty! Definitely recommend this establishment! Read more

Cute little store front restaurant that packs a punch!!! Friendly waitress. The chef is killer. Breakfast never tasted this... good!!! You?ve got to come try this amazing place. If you're a local and haven't had a chance to stop in the Pavillion, you absolutely should. Their drinks were awesome and their... friend green beans with tzatziki sauce is a definite winner! Our 3 kids had a salad, chicken nuggets, and the grilled cheese,all 3 were a hit! I had the pulled pork and my husband had the Pavillion burger, so delicious! Oh, and before I forget theirhouse make chips are absolutely delicious! The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the food was quick and freshly made! Read more
The tomato bisque is amazing!! Perfect for a cold winter day. Best burgers around too. Both the French onion burger and the... mushroom Swiss burger were yummy. Really enjoyed the Parmesan fries too. Great service, delicious food. Can?t wait to go back! Read more
