I ordered on my tim horton Mobile app when i was at work and then when I went to pick up my order , my things weren't in stock... and I am vegan , so I didn't want no other replacement , so the said that I can't get my refund back on my phone since It was apre-order done on the tim horton phone app , and thati auto goon my app and ask for a refund, and ts what I did ,now someonefrom customer services emails to tell me no ,that the store its self was suppose to give me my refund, now I really don't likethis mobile application , amd also the fact that the people don't even know who refund me. , I want my refund or at least to beable to get my stuff that weren't in stock that day ... Went here only because the McDonald?s five minutes away was closed, it took the cashier like five minutes to take my order, I... got a timatin maple bacon wrap trio, coffee wasn?t hot, didn?t even taste like maple. Food wasn?t hit, and the bagels I askedfor were not even toasted. And wasn?t even that filling. Don?t come for breakfast here. Order was repeated 3x , they still got it wrong...charged me for 2 trios, just got 1...asked for a cream cheese sesame bagel... with bacon...got a 12 grain cream cheese no bacon...the staff prefer enjoying cracking jokes amongst each other better thanactually listening to customers and getting the orders right...not the first time it has happened...first time I leave a reviewbecause enough is enough ! Horrible Service! They always give the wrong order! They gave me the wrong bagel, the latte tasted like only milk! The employees... are always laughing and talking to each other in Hindi language! Bad service horrible management slow to give offer , dirty place, I?m not sure if they do have manager or all the employees are... managers. They didn't know how to make decaf coffee. I placed my order, stood aside, and waited while the five people behind me in line... were served. When I went to the front they pretended I didn't exist. Avoid this one at all costs. Read more
