Nice spot. Large portion for a cheap price. Not the best pho around but a pretty good one, in my opinion. Try it for yourself,... my friend really loved it! Read more

I love this place. We went for a Wednesday night walk in the colder weather and felt like having soup and happened to fall upon... this place. We looked inside as we were walking and had to take a second look because the plates looked so delicious. Cuteatmosphere, generous portions, reasonably priced and delicious food. Perfect mid-week date spot. Debit or cash only tho. Read more

Nice BYOW Vietnamese restaurant with delicious pho and reasonable prices. Ambiance in the restaurant is a bit old school, but... the service was friendly. They have different pho options (with chicken, vegetables, shrimp, etc.) but I always like to stickto the original beef. For beef pho you can either get it simply with thinly sliced steak or the ?all dressed? for extra 1.25$.The all dressed features meatballs, tripes, tendons, rare beef and fatty braised pieces of beef, and it?s hearty and delicious!I personally enjoy all the fatty and gelatinous parts in pho and they served lots of that in the ?all dressed? pho. The broth isvery aromatic and comforting. Only minor downside is that they serve the pho with a side of cilantro and bean sprouts withoutbasil. They have two pho sizes: L and XL, which are rather comparable to medium and large of other pho restaurants inMontreal. Prices are very affordable and dishes are filling. Overall, it was a nice experience and I definitely recommend thisplace to anyone who loves pho. Read more

At first, I was skeptical to go here because of some of the reviews. I'm happy I decided to ignore those reviews. The place was... spotless, the food was fresh, the portions are generous, the appetizers were great and the dessert was delicious. In fact, everything was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I couldn't decide between two choices and the waiter (Quan) sharedhis recommendations. I followed his advice: I had the bird nest's noodles with shrimp and vegetables and it was great! I amalready hoping to go back and have some more. My friend had a really good pho as well. Most importantly, I think it's decentlypriced. I recommend this place! Read more

We ordered W, which was suppose to be soup, general Tao & spring roll. We got no spring roll, the general was not a general Tao,... it came with a pineapple gravy and the noodles were mushy. Would never eat here again. Worst Vietnamese food I?ve ever had. Read more

Haven't had some of the experiences of some of the others here. Only oddity I can recall is ordering peanut butter dumplings and... they gave me completely different ones but they were great. Affordable (which is becoming a rarity in town), delicious and goodfood here. The crispy noodles and beef are always great, as are the beef and chicken pho's. Recommend fried banana for dessert. Ordered 2 meals that each had rouleaux imperial, received them with the whole bag dripping in grease. The rolls weren?t even... rolls anymore all crumbled in the bag. The bag was so wet that it made tears. I called the store and they refused to send me twonew rolls saying I had to go get it after I just paid delivery that was 5$ and then telling me I need to pay the charge againto get my rolls ???? Seriously you lost a regular customer !! They were even trying to tell me that it was my fault and Idropped the bag. Dropping the bag wouldn?t have made the bag so wet and break the rolls Read more

Terrible quality and worse service. Overall - this was an EXPERIENCE. DO NOT eat here. I've never actually ranted about how... terrible a restaurant could be but there is a first time for everything. My housemate had ordered a chicken & shrimp dish withvermicelli noodles. Aside from the portion of chicken being pretty much unnoticeable, the dish was off. It smelled wrong and itwas just not right. We politely asked if they could take it back or switch it out for the soup, which seemed okay (aside fromthe fact that the lid wasn't properly put back on the hoisin sauce so that and a pool of sauce exploded into my soup). Thewaitress 'went to speak with the manager' about my roommates dish. She came back and rudely said its too bad, we had to pay forit, "people like it". Honestly, the chicken looked more like a dead rat, and provided approximately the same amount ofmeat. They refused to comp or replace the dish which we had now asked multiple times and tried to find some type of solution. This restaurant did not want to make this situation right. It was inedible and we decided the best thing to do was to pay andleave. My girlfriend and I paid for our soups and rolls. My roommate on principal said he would pay for the roll, and not theabomination that was his dish. THIS proceeded to a phone call with the 'manager' that held us up for literally 15 minutes at thecash (I stayed because I could not believe what was going on), and they went so far as to threaten him with the police. Fromthe cash you can also see into the kitchen. The part that made my stomach churn was seeing the bin of meat sitting open on thecounter for the entirety of our payment experience. There is no remote chance that this kitchen follows food safetystandards. None of us had ever 'walked out' at a restaurant before, and I'm not sure I agree with that etiquette, but all I cansay is DO NOT GO HERE. I hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake. Will NEVER return. Read more
