Was walking by one night and saw the lively crowd so decided to try this place out for drinks. Very disappointing. We got the... clear sangria and it tasted like water. We asked our waiter who was very kind and remade our drinks. Still terrible. The bartender then came out to tell us the issue was us and that we didn't know what sangria was supposed to taste like. He wasfrankly, quite rude and clearly didn't know what he was doing. We ended up ordering an old fashioned and the unicorn basil smashwhich was essentially just juice. Avoid this place. Overpriced watered down drinks. It gets two stars for the amazing kindnessand professionalism of the waiters. Read more

Very nice restaurant, good vibe, quiet place, well decorated place, the oysters are good, the saumon tartare is very tasty,... though the chips with it are ok, the churros as dessert are a must go, the calamari were delicious, the portions are on thesmaller side as it is a tapas style restaurant and it is a little on the expensive side. The drinks are good and overall Irecommend this restaurant. Read more
We went to visit la bêtise for the first time last Friday and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance of the place is really... trendy and cozy, music isn't too loud which is perfect for catching up. Our waiter Danny is super warm and welcoming and ohgosh, the special of the day he recommended were impeccable. Hands down to Chef Denis who is such a genius! Halloumi on oysterbalanced amazingly the texture, truffle cream on bavette gave such a nice punch! Oh and the durian cream brûlé is one of akind. I am already so excited to go back to try more dishes from this innovative place :) highly recommended!! Read more
Great spot in verdun to get some fresh seafood. I would really like to go back and try this place again the menu seems to be... pretty seasonal and fresh. I’d like to see the inside of the restaurant and see what the vibe is like without the street viewwhich is nice don’t get me wrong it’s cool in the summer but maybe in the winter it’s different I have to find out. Good place for Sundays 1$ oysters. Good fries and nice service. You may smell like food when you leave the place ( needs... ventilation) so don’t go on a date after ???? Read more
Excellent food and service! Get the cauliflower and the crab….order everything! Small portions to share, excellent value and... reasonable wine prices with a fabulous decor and atmosphere! Great for a Friday date night or evening out with friends. Terrassein the summer. Will be back for more. Read more
La Betise has a very lively atmosphere and is nicely decorated. When we went it was busy and unfortunately service was quite... slow, but once we ordered the food came quickly. The sautee vegetables and grilled octopus were good. However, the rest of thefood (lamb dumpling, crab bites oysters) was ok and the dishes were pricey given the portion sizes. Read more
