Not only convenient, Robin has a wide range of groceries for the began and vegetarian or others on special diets, as well as... just mainstream consumers. Chez Robin was one of the first grocery stores in Verdun to start selling vegan, dairy-free and organic groceries, so I was... really glad when they opened. Several years later, I still shop there regularly, and it's one of my favourite spots. They sella good variety of fresh, packaged and bulk food for people who have dietary restrictions or who just want to eat well andresponsibly. I won't lie: higher quality means higher prices. But their email flyer has some great specials, and you can get afew dollars off your purchase by shopping there often and accumulating points through their loyalty card. They bottle a lot oftheir own products, like oils and nut butters, and they'll give you money back when you return the jars. You can even bring yourown containers to buy shampoo, detergent, nuts and other things in bulk. The bistro has a great selection of smoothies,sandwiches and warm meals, and there are spots to sit and eat with a friend for a casual lunch.
