My daughter picked a berry Charlotte cake for her birthday, which I purchased online and pick up in-store. The manager gave me a... different cake and tried to cover his mistake by saying that "summer is not a season for blueberry or blackberry therefore wecan only give you strawberry cake". Well, the website doesn't think so and that's why these cakes are still available forordering. I insisted that this is not what I ordered and the manager seemed not really care, responded "either you get therefund or you take the strawberry cake" (Why would i want a refund? it's my girl's birthday!) Suddenly, he passed by the fridgeand saw there was a berry Charlotte for sale (what about the saying of "not season for berries"?) So I eventually took thatberry cake, which fell apart when it arrived home because who knows how old this cake was. Oh, by the way, I paid 1,5$ foradding a birthday message for my girl and there's nothing on the cake (the strawberry one), the manager threw me $1.5 as arefund impatiently without any regret, for him it's $1.5, for me it's a message that can cheer up my girl for her day. Large, spacious and welcoming. Staff is pleasant and there is plenty of choice for ready made or take away, including frozen... fare. While I prefer to support the small shops, this is still a nice experience. Read more

I?m pleased with the opening of a Premiere Moisson in Verdun. Most bad reviews are due to either the price or that they support... ?local cafes?. While PM is a chain, they are not exactly ?foreign? like Starbucks. So the 1* is not fair/valid. We ordered aCroissant sandwich and it was okay. The crème brûlée that we took away on the other hand was delicious. I like that thisspace is huge and clean. Regarding the quality of employee (cashier), it does seem like the cashier in other locations are more?efficient. Will be back to try the cinnamon rolls and matcha latté! Read more

Came here today; the day of opening. It?s pretty big with a space to sit at the windows. The place, since it?s new, you see how... it?s very clean and neat especially under the bright lightings. They do carry a lot of products and have a lot of baked goodsready. Since it was the day of opening they gave their reusable bag as a small gift:) They probably had a lot of people come inin the morning and when I passed by in the afternoon they were still very friendly with their smiles!
