This sandwich spot features delicious hot or cold sandwiches. There isn?t a lot of seating spots, so most people get... take-out. They also have a grocery section where they sell fresh pasta, Italy-imported cheeses, charcuterie, and cannedproduce. I was happily surprised that they even sold guanciale which is hard to find lately in Montreal. So far, I have triedtheir porchetta sandwich, gnocchi with rosé sauce and ricotta cannoli. Everything was very fresh, well balanced, satisfying andreasonably priced. One drawback is that it?s an extremely popular place that doesn?t take reservations (because it?s literallya counter) so the only way to try their delicious food without standing in line is to go early or before conventional dinnertimes. Most bad reviews complain about the long waiting times but still acknowledge the quality of the food, so planaccordingly. Anyhow, I can't wait to go back and try their other sandwiches and pasta. Gym buddy strongly recommended it after I mentioned it, lived up to the hype! Fast and friendly service adapted to the... warranted demand, hospitality was on another level, matched only by the food itself. Porchetta melted in my mouth, tortellinirosé with added meatball and roasted red pepper was rich and balanced. Never had an arancini before, was yummy, especiallythe marinara it was paired with. Sampled a delicious soft serve coffee thing that was out of this world , the ice latte wasrefreshing and smooth, biscotty thing was lemon buttery, cannoli ricotta had a perfect crunch and sweetness. I was obviouslyfull, completely satisfied and for the amount of food and quality I got, I felt I paid a very fair amount. Cheat meals areimportant for sanity and this one was worth it, will binge again. Read more

Truly a 10/10 experience every time. This time I had the classic sausage sandwich. Warm, personable and friendly service every... time I go, alongside some of the best Italian sandwiches I?ve had in Montreal. Huge variety of sandwiches and snick snacks anddesserts! Must try if you?re in Verdun. Also have the Cafè Crema. Trust me. Have it. Go now. Read more

Small, cute local Italian sandwich spot! The toasted «Porchetta» sandwich is INCREDIBLE! We came on a sunny Sunday and it was... jam packed with a 30min waiting line but it was definitely worth it! Definitely recommend dropping by for a quick bite on thego. Read more

The other reviews say it all. Their sandwiches are fantastic. They?re always consistent with the quality, taste and freshness.... Reminds me of the fresh sandwhiches that I?d get when I went to Italy. Their olive oil cake is so simple yet flavourful. Theorange zest surprises you ans ties everything together. Above all, their customers service is spot on. Friendly, welcoming, joyful. It?s always a great experience to go there :) Read more

Hello everyone. We stopped by this place today cuz we heard incredible things about it. We got 2 porchetta sandwiches a meatball... sandwich and a sausage and peppers sandwich with cannoli?s and bambolini. Everything was amazing the sausage sandwich was wowand the meatball sandwich was the best I?ve had ur desserts were some of the best ever. The only downside was the porchettasandwiches unfortunately they broke my heart and I drove from Brossard especially for them but they left a lot to be desired. The porchetta had no flavour at all not even salt and the coleslaw cabbage was not what I was expecting at all. I am not a fanof the porchetta at all but everything else was amazing also the place and the service were wonderful. I definitely will givethem another shot on the porchetta. I recommend this place to everyone it?s a must try . P.s the pizza was dry and not a lot ofsauce Read more

Italian deli offering ready to eat pasta with sauces, pastries, sandwiches and coffee. They also have a grocery section with... cookies, jarred sauces and lots of other items. Their vegan options are limited - gnocchi with marinara sauce, focaccia andmarinara pizza square. They can also make a veggie sandwich without cheese. The focaccia is delicious with a crusty exterior anda fluffy interior - simply delightful. This place is pretty popular so with COVID, you might have to queue during rush hours onweekend. Read more

This is my second time ordering from this place. The first time, months ago, was a terrible experience; I bought three different... sandwiches and all of them were overly salty. I decided to give them another try and I don't regret it. It was a whole lotbetter. Pasta was a bit dry, but the sandwiches were delicious, especially the porchetta and the italian cold-cut sandwiches???? Read more
