We generally love B&F. However this was the worst of the worst. Restaurant was not full. The terrasse was closed (?). They... brought us to the tennis court side. The wall next to us had over 200 flies and then we realized they were all over the place,tables, floor, air. We moved closer to the entrance, was better but not great. We'll pass for a few years before ever going backto this one in Nuns' Island. Read more
Went there for a late breakfast. Went with 3 kids. The kids menu is great value and selection. The regular menu was also... diverse. Food was tasty fresh and prepared to our customization. The one thing that I see is that staff shortages are yet againto blame for excruciatingly slow and disorganized service. I have to dong one star because the least you can do is communicateabout it rather than say nothing. If you know that it's at least 20 minutes to wait from order let us know. Then you establishclear expectations. It's especially important when you are out with kids who can get impatient. Read more
Really pretty terrible. The server screwed up my order so we spent 10-15 minutes studying my wife's shrivelled sausage/dried out... (obviously sitting for ages) potatoes/eggs & had to ask for condiments. Waited 10 minutes for a coffee refill despite beingpassed by one of the dozen aimless uniformed teenagers every 30 seconds. My apple & cheddar crepe, when it finally arrived, hadvirtually no cheese inside and was served with fake whipped "cream" (for $16). Never again. Read more
Friendly staff, fast service,regular food...
The fruit smoothies were great. Food was good too ???? tasty and generous portions. The hot chocolate seemed to be prepared with... water rather than milk, so it was only ok. Read more
The western three eggs omelette have onion and pepper, but the pepper are precuts and rotten in the egg. Not recommended. The... health choice is better compared to the former one. Juice is good. Read more
I couldn?t find anything special on their menu that would differentiate from their competitors. The only good thing was their... ?poêle? plates and they were okay. Their homemade orange juice was also not that great. In overall I would say not bad, but Iwould prefer go somewhere else? Read more
the food is nice but the service is a bit how u say this ...... so 2 weeks we go and wait for a while more ppl come and they get... serived like 3 times then i standed up to the Waiter asked to be helped and then i let it go normal .... but today was somethingdifferent....the same we come and sit and no one service us and ppl after us came and they are serivced right away.... this timewe asked to service to the Waiter and she said okay and left us to the table of 4 white men that came after us .... and then aagain 2 white couple arrived after us they ignored us totaly my 8 years even had his hand up because he want to order .... thenmy wife told iam leaving we were the only "different ppl" on the window side and no one wanted to attend to us and we went andleft it was very sad what happened specially when you notice it ...very disappointed with them 1st time i get mistreated basedon my looks in Canada its simply sad .
