Ever since the pandemic, there seems to be a major issue with turn-over and dependable staff. This has created a major gap in... service within the industry as well trained staff/tenured staff are becoming hard to find. The service wasn't bad, but itwasn't good either. Basic things like understanding the concept of "plain" seemed to elude the cashier. As such, my burgerarrived with only meat... No cheese on my CHEESEBURGER. Other concerns were the men's restroom, which was out paper towels andthe register was out of receipt paper and had to borrow the roll from the drive-thru. have to ask, how precisely are staffdrying their hands and why are such necessary supplies as receipt paper and paper towels not available? It was the worst Jack in the box I ever stopped at. First of all I was going through drive thru at approx 1:00 pm on a Tuesday... afternoon. When I pulled up to give my order, after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to take my order a voice came on and saidthat his til was being switched and could I come inside to give my order. I then attempted twice to no avail because the doorswere locked someone finally came and opened the door. There was only one person to be seen behind the counter. After I gave myorder I was told there was no receipt paper anywhere in this location. I ordered a large pop and 1 order of tiny tacos. Afterwaiting 20 minutes all the whole watching more employees show up to work I was handed a cup for my drink then told they had noice. Another 7 minutes go by and they finally handed me what was assumed to be my order. Once I was back in my car heading backto work, late I might add..my tiny tacos were frozen in the middle and I only received 1/2 the order. Was suppose to be 15pieces, I received 7. So no, I do not recommend going to this location what so ever. Read more

Sandwich was good (1st priority), but the curly fries were a bit cold. Traffic noise made it hard to communicate with the drive... through. If they just switch the direction of the drive thru and put the speaker on the other side of the building, it would beperfect Read more

Every time I try to go In the morning , NO ONE answered the drive through even though I was there at 7 and the hours say open at... 6. Today in particular I decided to leave after waiting at the window for a few minutes because the two ladies were just sittingin there chatting. Super unprofessional that a business is ran like this with clearly no management. Be open your posted open,and manage your employees who are there to work, not socialize. Embarrassing. I never leave reviews but this is not even thesecond or third time. When it?s the shorter women with short hair service is great. Any other time it?s terrible. Read more

Happy employees, good food, fast service. What more could you ask for? Well, what if the employee paid for your dinner if you... couldn?t? Wow, right?! That happened to me tonight. Spencer, an employee of Jack in the Box stepped in and paid for my dinnertonight when my new debit card wouldn?t work. I was so grateful. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It?s a great case ofpaying it forward. I got to have my Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. The only thing that Spencer knew about me was that if nobody wasbehind me in line when I was ordering I asked a lot of questions & explained what my options were and which entrées were thefavorites. Thankfully, I was able to pay him back after I found my bag of quarters in the car. I?ll be going back for Spencerand the food. Read more

My worst experience at a jack in the box. The girl taking our order was rude and unprofessional. We just left at 9:30p.m. 8/11.... The girl who brought us our food was polite. We were told they couldn't do deal as they were understaffed. Couldn't do certainfood items with no explanation. We waited forever for our food and watched the rude girl at the drive through walking around thelobby on her headset. Just overall bad experience. Read more

The staff were very nice and apologetic about the long wait but I paid almost $13.00 for one meal and the onion rings were all... stuck together like a brick and white in places where they weren't cooked. I understand prices cost more but I expect to getwhat I ordered at least edible. The cook knew when they put them in the container so I am sure this isn't a surprise...they thegarbage! garbage! Wanted to thank all of the great staff on Sunday, Father's day. I turned my car off because of the street noise. Low and behold... my key fob was not in the car. The staff was extremely nice invited me inside and gathered money together and even paid for mymeal. Thank you everyone for your help. Outstanding Read more
