The food and atmosphere were both great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to take care of us.... I started ordering more and more from this place via Doordash and was invited to come here for an open mic night. Izzy ended up... serving me. I'm telling you... talk about quality and professional customer service... She is amazing! I ended up ordering theTri-Tip Sando... it's massive! Quality and personable service, great food and amazing atmosphere... thank goodness these guysare still around! And management.... please take care of Izzy! She's a gem. Very large portions and GREAT food. Best iced tea I have ever had!!! Went in 30 mins before closing (which I hate doing) however... the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Waitress (Cali, I believe her name is) made the experience all that much better.Definitely would recommend! Read more
While the presentation on the plate was not very encouraging (looked like something my grandpa would have plated at our family... BBQ), the seasoning on the steak was spot on. Perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned steak, garlic mashed potatoes (ignore thepresentation because it looks more like applesauce than mashed potatoes ????) and the grilled Brussel Sprouts and baked beanswere amazing. So me and my girl came down from Santa Barbara for our anniversary redo dinner after a horrible situation at the Aloha... steakhouse in Ventura the day before. We came down to this steakhouse and it was absolutely amazing great food great staff therewas a gentleman playing music outside all around one of the best dinners and steak dinners I've ever had.Sam the owner wasabsolutely great I will be coming back for sure. To the young lady behind the bar I think her name was miss Jacqueline and theyoung lady who served us they were absolutely both amazing and of course the Cheff you made a meal to remember! Ordered elk burger and impossible burger delivered by door dash. Really bad. Dry stamped out burgers with no taste. Very... disappointed. Have eaten in the restaurant before covid and was very pleased. They should be ashamed of their quality. Realdeterioration. $50.00 for bad food. In some fairness, probably 50% of delivered food is poor quality. Read more
