I am a regular customer at simones and I have never made a bad comment, but today November 6 at 3:40 I walked in to get coffee... and there was no one in line, but a lady talking to the employee, Ava, by the counter. They continued to ignore they?re work andjust talk to the lady for 10 minutes while the line piles up and I made eye contact with the two employees five times before Ifinally walked out and told the lady behind me I had been waiting 10 minutes. After I walked out and drove past they were stillignoring the other lady behind me as well. For simones it was very unusual because they are normally really fast, but I justneeded to say somthing hoping the owners will see this. Read more

Parking is easy enough. Coffee shop is in the same shopping center as Ace Hardware. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. There... are a handful of tables for inside seating and a couple of bistro tables & chairs outside. Pastries look delicious. Ordered icedcaramel latte and it was perfect. Read more
