Their Wi-Fi is ridiculously slow, it takes a minute to load a page. I have complained about it through their ?contact us? and... nothing has happened. I will update this review if it gets better. Read more
I?m so sorry to be writing this but after a number of orders here, unfortunately this is the norm. Orders are thrown together so... sloppily, they don?t use the correct recipes and ingredients for their warm bowls, the cafe always has sticky floors, weird(dirty) smells and there is constantly small trash on the ground. They very often have gnats flying around their trash as you?retrying to fill your drink cup.We are sip club members and frequent Panera. We?ve been to panera all across the country and thisis the most classless location I?ve seen. Not at all to any panera standard start to finish. Well, cashiers there have beenreally sweet actually, kitchen seems to be the issue I guess. Also they will be out of KEY ingredients in your meals, not say aword, still charge full price. I ordered a Baja warm bowl, I was given rice and tomato with the side of yogurt and cheesecrumbles. When I said that I didn?t think that was my order she said they were out of beans. There was a lot more missing thanbeans, and how about let someone know? She sealed up my bag and was never going to mention anything. Full price for zeroprotein. I know rice and tomato aren?t $12. They could have accommodated. Very sad that this location is like this, weabsolutely love Panera and have to miss out because it?s the location near us. Read more

Was a regular customer in Studio City. Always great. We had the spicy chicken with fried pickle...Horrible. 1 tiny pickle on... both. Bun soggy. Ordered the French Onion soup (used to be a regular for us. Not very good. Had a salad, most of the lettucewas black and again, soggy. They've lost 2 customers. We ate sandwich in. Never had a bad Panera experience, so this is a first. Placed order online, on arrival 5 min after order was to be ready, I let... the server know I was there to pick up online order. I was asked to wait while drinks were prepared for another order- a totallyreasonable request. I was informed almost 10 min later that my order was on the counter past the cashier..I could have been toldat the beginning but ok. Grabbed my salad, checked for utensils and had to request utensils. 30 min later, in another town, Idiscover no butter for bread and the salad had to be old. As you get to the center lettuce it was dark green and slimy (aka pastit's prime). Such an odd experience for Panera. Read more
