I am far from being a new customer of Nothing Bundt cakes. I typically shop at the Thousand oaks location. However, I was near... the area and wanted to check it out. It's definitely magical when you walk in the smell hits a core memory. The lobby's clean,pretty in Pink, lots of colors, gift sets, gift ideas and more. I got greeted when I walked in, there was a good aura. Julia wasthe employee who help me. She was kind and had a soft welcoming voice. I can't imagine anybody rating this place any less than afive star you walk in Happy you leave happier. Tip; I do suggest to fill out the email sign up form it's a great way to get afree bundtini for your birthday and specials. Oh I almost forgot they also have a punch card so more you buy you get freestuff. If you have yet not visit this place I definitely recommend you check it out. Read more
This was my first visit to the Ventura store. I told the girl working that this was my first time there, and what would she... recommend. I was not at all excited for her non interested reply, of most people like the red velvet. If this were my businessI would make sure the staff showed some enthusiasm for the business, food preparation and quality. I picked the Pecan Prailinemini. I truly LOVE their cakes! They are so moist and always tasty!! The frosting can be a little much, but its nothing to just scrape... some off. Placed a dozen of bundlets with a couple gluten free ones for my SIL birthday around 9A for same day pickup at 6P. Called half... hour prior to confirm that order is ready and was told it is. Staff was friendly, brought my order out to show, unfortunately acouple bundlets toppled over and she brought them back inside to get them fixed. Few minutes later, they were ready to go! Irequested for them to mark the gluten free ones on my order and they did so on the box. The bundlets were YUM, the flags werevery cute and each bundtini gets one! Read more
