I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO U HIRE HERE. WORKER NOT WEARING A NAME TAG AND I KNOW WHY. HE WAS RUDE... AND WHEN I TRIED TO GIVE MY ORDER HE STOPED ME SAID HE DID NOT ASK ME YET. THIS WAS TODAY 11/10 AT 10:30AM HE SAID HE NEW HOWTO MAKE A italian SANDWICH GET TO MY OFFICE WITH PLAIN BREAD LETTUCE AND MEAT. I WANT MY REFUND!!! Victoria ave in Ventura store number 20003, worst customer service in the county, was there on Saturday 10/23. Jersey Mikes... needs to work on who they hire, at least people who actually care about having a job. Seems like the employees think they aredoing customers a favor. Read more
Great sandwiches, helpful staff that make it just the way I want it (NOT Mike's way). Good quality food, though a bit pricey.... Long lines at lunchtime & after work, but the employees are great & work as quickly as they can, to get everything done in atimely fashion (gotta say I feel sorry for these guys, they DESERVE to be well tipped!) Quality of food is still good, but they don't know how to make a food sandwich. They also aren't the same type of employees as... before. They are rude, filthy, and don't care about the customers. This time an employee was literally throwing things around.He also threw out a huge piece of swiss cheese like it was nothing. With everything going up in price, food waste is only goingto make it even worse. There is no way to get ahold of the owner either. Read more
Fantastic quality but with online orders taking priority the lines can be up to 20 minutes to even order and during rush times... my orders often have mistakes. The location is too small to accommodate separate set up areas for in person and online orders. Read more
Love this place but my gosh was it burning in there. No AC! Employees said that gross management won?t fix it. They deserve... better. No minimum wage job is worth working these nasty conditions. Almost passed out in there. Read more

I like their subs alot! But this place had service that was below -1 on a scale of 0-10. There was one person ahead of me and... FIVE employees standing there doing nothing except ignoring me for almost 15'. All I did was patiently ask for a #6 after tenminutes of waiting on the person ahead of me. I don't know if she was getting a custom sandwich (it seemed that way as she wasmixing up different meat combos I didn't see on the menu). Regardless, it doesn't take 15' to make a sandwich when you have 5people standing around. I just left. Who needs their B's. I ate at Chipotle next door and it was good.
